Estate Planning & Administration
The firm prepares wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, testamentary trusts, pet trusts, living wills (or advanced medical directives), powers of attorney, and HIPAA authorizations for our clients. We prepare supplemental and special needs trusts to preserve public funding eligibility. The firm helps clients in the selection of fiduciaries and provides guidance in tax planning, ethical issues, charitable giving, retirement planning, and insurance. The firm also assists clients with the probating of wills and estate administration process, and the firm represents petitioners and other parties in guardianship proceedings. In addition, the firm handles real estate transactions and personal property titling matters for clients.
